The room was huge and delightful with nice view and reasonably priced. The staff were kind and charming and the facilities were modern.

Didn't like the staff, some of them were not very welcoming.

The breakfast was generous with views, and the staff were accommodating. Had good sleep at the suite.

I was blown away by the hospitality of the staff. They were really nice too make sure we felt welcomed. The views, man, from our room were just very nice, the river, the boats, everything just clicked.

It wasn't inexpensive, but worth it for what we got.

The views from the terrace were fine. Fresh milk for tea was a lovely touch. Although the kitchen staff served excellent food, the limited menu at night could be disappointing for longer stays. More variety would be appreciated, as enjoying meaty pizza or local specialties would enhance the experience further.
